  9. Take it out from the oil.
  10. Take another pan put sugar & water together.let it boil till it will become thick.
  11. Put all wheels in it and keep it stiring.
  12. Until all sugar will be dry.
  13. Now wheels are ready to eat.
  14. It is dry sweet snack for Holi.
