- Make suji batter adding one cup curd and water half cup. Rest it a for 15 minute
- Stuffing preparation:- Put oil in pan, add garlic ginger paste, onion chilli, tomato and mashed potatoes, asafoetida, garam masala, amchur powder, chilli, turmeric powder and mix it well.
- Divide potato stuffing in four part and shape it in capsule shape.
- Add salt and eno in suji batter
- Grease oil in drinking steal glass, pour batter half of glass, put potato stuff middle of batter and remaining portion cover with batter. Then put in steamer for 15 minutes.
- Put oil in pan, add mustard seed, turmeric powder, black salt, chopped coriander, unmould suji wheels and fry it then cut in pieces.
- Garnish with coriander and serve it.
