  2. Take Some samosa wrappers also known as manda
  3. Get Oil for frying

Instructions to make Samosas/sambusas:
  1. Put your filling in your samosa wrapper and wrap it in a traingular form making sure you cover it properly and no holes can be seen.
  2. Fry your samosas on low heat to avoid the spots which form on samosas when the heat is too high.The SECRET is to always fry them on low heat until brown and the colour pleases you.
  3. Enjoy your samosas with a squeeze of some lime/lemon.

A sambusa', Samboosak (/səˈmoʊsə/) or samoosa is a fried or baked pastry with a savoury filling, such as spiced potatoes, cheese, onions, peas, lentils, macaroni, noodles, and/or minced meat (lamb, beef or chicken).
