Steps to make Samosas:
  1. For the dough mix 1/2 tsp of salt and flour.Add 1 tbsp of oil,water gradually and knead for 5 minutes to form a ball

  6. Align the 2 straight edges to overlap forming a cone. squeeze the edges together to form a tight seal
  7. Then place about 1 tbsp of the filling inside each cone leaving the top edge clean. then moisten the top edge with a little water to make another tight seal.
  8. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling
  9. Then heat the oil in a frying pan in medium heat. use a deep saucepan.
  10. Then put the samosa in the pan and fry them. when one side has turned golden brown turn and fry both side.
  11. Drain using paper towels and serve.
